Explanations on Fees
ger Your application is binding once you have sent the registration form. It is confirmed as soon as we have received the deposit fee of EUR 150. This includes an enrolment fee of EUR 52, which ...
  • is additional to the course fees
  • is payable only once a year
  • is valid for every course, independent of the course type and length
  • will not be reimbursed
  • has to be paid with the enrolment.

We offer the following methods of payment:

  • Credit card (Visa, Master/Eurocard)
  • Bank transfer

All further information can be read at the Online Enrolment. The enrolment form can be sent online, via fax or per postal order.

Conditions

  • Applicants must be 18 years old or over.
  • A lesson lasts 45 minutes.
  • For group courses we cannot guarantee to run each of the optional modules all the time, but if yours is not run we will always offer compensation in form of individual lessons.
  • You are liable for any damage you may cause in the school, in the house or the property of the landlord.
  • No reimbursement will be made for tuition which is missed due to the participant's own action.
  • Neither the school nor any person working for the school accepts liability for the loss of personal property.
  • If you participate in leisure activities offered by TREFF PUNKT you do so at your own personal risk. Neither the school nor any person working for the school accepts liability for accidents or damage of personal property. We therefore strongly recommend that you make your own insurance arrangements, in particular health, accident and personal liability insurance.
  • We reserve the right to make modifications to the programme.
  • The place of jurisdiction is Bamberg, Germany
  • What if I want to delay, cancel or change?
    • Cancellation charges: 50% of the course fee and the private accommodation 10 days before the course commences. If the course is cancelled 5 days before the start of the course or when the current course is in progress, 100% of the course fees and the accommodation have to be paid.
    • Postponement: The conditions will be as if you cancelled the course (see cancellation conditions) which means you will have to pay all the fees. However, you will be refunden 70% of the course fees and 50% of the accommodation fees if you start another course within 6 months.
    • You may, however, transfer your enrolment to another person for the same period, subject to payment of a further registration fee.
